Ingredients
- 200 g Savoyardi biscuits
- 300 ml milk
- 3 oranges
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 orange zest
- 300 ml cream with 33% fat content
- 80 g condensed milk
- 300 g soft cream cheese
Method
- Prepare the Savoyardi biscuits and break them into small pieces.
- Heat the milk and add the sugar until it dissolves.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little water to form a paste, and add it to the milk mixture while stirring constantly.
- Cook the mixture until it thickens, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, cream the cream cheese with the cream.
- Add the cooled milk mixture and mix everything well.
- Add the zest of 1 orange and the juice of the 3 oranges and mix again.
- Layer the biscuit pieces in a dish and pour the cheesecake mixture over them.
- Let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator before serving.
