- 1 teaspoon grain Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 ounces (60g) Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 stick (120g) butter

Preheat the oven to the desired temperature.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, salt, black pepper, paprika, grated onion, chopped parsley, finely grated carrots, chopped bell peppers, chopped mushrooms, Emmental cheese, ketchup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey.
