Potato Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 90g bread flour
  • 55g milk
  • 10g melted unsalted butter
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • mozzarella cheese
  • a pinch of salt
  • honey

Method

  1. Boil and mash the potato.
  2. Mix mashed potato with mayonnaise.
  3. Combine bread flour, milk, melted butter, and salt to form dough.
  4. Add potato mixture to the dough and knead well.
  5. Shape dough into small rounds.
  6. Place mozzarella cheese inside each dough ball.
  7. Cook the dough balls in a frying pan over low heat until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Drizzle honey on top before serving.
