- 280 gr softened butter or margarine
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 gr sugar
- 400 gr ground walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 130 gr sugar
- 200 ml hot milk
- 1 egg for glazing
- lemon zest
- a little nutmeg
- apricot jam or marmalade
- powdered sugar

Mix flour and dry yeast.

Add softened butter, whole egg, egg yolk, and sugar.

Knead the dough and let it rest.

Mix ground walnuts, honey, sugar, lemon zest, and nutmeg.

Gradually add hot milk to the walnut mixture until it becomes thick.
