Ingredients
- 2 pieces Oranges
- 300 ml Juice
- 3 pieces Bananas
- 400 ml Milk
- 150 g Cornstarch
- 100 g Condensed Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar (for caramel)
- 100 ml Water (for caramel)
- optional Food coloring
- optional Coconut flakes
Method
- Mix the oranges, banana, milk and condensed milk in a bowl.
- Add the cornstarch and mix well until the starch is completely dissolved.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Add food coloring if desired.
- Add the butter and stir until melted.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let cool.
- Store in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.
- For the caramel sauce: caramelize banana, sugar and water in a pot.
- Serve the dessert with caramel and coconut flakes.
