Method
- Add ground beef to the pan and break it down.
- Add onions and garlic to the beef and cook until onions are translucent.
- Combine peas and carrots (or corn) with the beef mixture.
- Add tomato paste and mix to enhance flavor and color.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture to thicken it.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and seasoning blend.
- Add Rosemary, thyme, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and let the mixture cook until thickened.
- Boil potatoes until fork tender, then drain and cool slightly.
- Mash the potatoes with butter, heavy cream, and a bit of milk, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese for flavor.
