- 250 ml water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- as needed ml vegetable oil (for frying)

Boil water and add salt.

Pour the boiling water over the flour and stir well.

Set aside to let cool.

Knead the dough together.

Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle some flour on the surface.

Flatten the dough.

Divide into 16 parts.

Take a piece of dough and shape it into a ball.

Flatten the dough until the diameter is about 10cm.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry each piece for 30-45 seconds on one side.

Flip over and fry for another 30-45 seconds.

Repeat for all pieces.
