  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tomato

  • crushed red pepper
  • mozzarella cheese

Method

    Beat eggs with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.

    Add green onion to eggs and mix well.

    Heat butter in pan over medium-low heat.

    Place tomato slices in pan.

    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
