- 30 ml olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- Parmesan

- 1 cup millet
- 4 glasses water
- Cheese (to taste)
- 100 g tahini
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- Juice of half a lemon
- Cumin
- Olive oil (for salad and sauce)
Method

Brush the cauliflower with a sauce made of olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 25 minutes.

Rinse the millet with water.

Bring 4 glasses of water to a boil and cook the millet for 20 minutes until the water is fully absorbed.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven, add cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes.

For the sauce: grind olive oil, tahini, salt, pepper, cumin, and lemon juice until smooth.
