- 400 g Cauliflower
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Garlic
- 2 Bell Peppers in different colors
- 1 bunch Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 5 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
- 1 cup / 130 g Flour
- 2.5 cups / 500 ml Milk
- Parsley and Dill
- 150 g Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt / Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Cut the broccoli and cauliflower.

Add salt and milk to the vegetables, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes (broccoli) and 4 minutes (cauliflower).

Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat.

Add the carrot, garlic, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes, and continue to sauté.

In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, flour, milk, parsley, dill, and cheese well.

Place the vegetables in a baking dish, pour the egg mixture over them.
