Ingredients
- 100g noodles
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small broccoli
- 2 green onions
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Method
- Cook noodles until 70% done and cool them.
- Mix chicken with 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic, and 1 tsp cornstarch.
- Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
- Sear chicken briefly until it gets a sear but not fully cooked.
- Add chopped vegetables and stir fry on high heat.
- Mix stir fry sauce ingredients: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, garlic paste, ginger paste, water, and cornstarch.
- Add sauce to the pan and cook until it thickens.
- Add noodles and toss well to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot.
