Creamy Chicken Rolls

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 9 oz (250 g) mushrooms
- 3.5 oz (100 g) fresh or frozen spinach
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- A pinch of dried oregano
- 3.5 oz (100 g) mozzarella cheese
- 2 chicken breasts
- Cream cheese
- 7 oz (200 g) sliced bacon
- 1.7 oz (50 g) chili ketchup
- 1.7 oz (50 g) soy sauce
- Fresh dill (small bunch)
- 14 oz (400 g) potatoes
- A pinch of smoked paprika
- A pinch of dried garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method

Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature for baking.

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onions until translucent.

Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until softened.

Stir in the spinach, sour cream, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano, and mix well.

Remove from heat and let the filling cool before adding mozzarella.

Flatten the chicken breasts and fill with the mushroom-spinach mixture.

Wrap each filled chicken breast with sliced bacon.

Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish.

Mix chili ketchup and soy sauce, and pour over the chicken rolls.
