Delicious Broccoli Balls

Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Pour cold water over the broccoli and set aside.

Finely chop the broccoli.

In a bowl, mix together chopped broccoli, grated carrot, green onions, parsley, minced garlic, eggs, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, and salt.
