Ingredients
- 180 g lentils
- 2 eggs
- 100 g yogurt
- 30 g Parmesan
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 g baking powder
- salt
- garlic
- parsley
- sesame seeds
- vegetable oil for greasing
Method

Fill lentils with water and let rest for at least 1 hour.

Rinse lentils and drain water.

Puree lentils finely with eggs, yogurt, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, garlic, and parsley.

Stir in baking powder.

Grease baking dish with vegetable oil.

Pour dough into the dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 180 °C for about 40–45 minutes.
