12 ingredients- 120 g sugar
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 200 ml milk
- 60 g butter
- 1 vanilla
- 1 orange (zest & juice)
- 300 g cookies (butter cookies)
- 30 g cashews (or walnuts)
- 400 g white chocolate ((300g stems + 100g caps))
- 30 ml vegetable oil ((20ml + 10ml))
- coconut flakes
- red food coloring (fat-soluble)
Method
7 steps- Boil sugar, cocoa powder, and milk in a pot.
- Add butter, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Crumble the cookies and add them along with the nuts to the mixture.
- Let the mixture cool and then shape it.
- Melt the white chocolate and mix the molds with 20ml vegetable oil.
- Decorate the mushroom caps and add the remaining white chocolate on top.
- Decorate with coconut flakes and red coloring.
