- 2 eggs
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 carrot
- parsley

- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g cheese
- 4 favorite sausages
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- dill
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt
- black pepper
Method
- Boil potatoes and carrot in salted water until soft.
- Chop parsley, onions, and garlic.
- Mix boiled vegetables with eggs, cheese, parsley, onions, and garlic.
- Add sausages and breadcrumbs to the mixture.
- Form patties and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Prepare sauce by mixing sour cream, garlic, paprika, dill, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Serve patties with the sauce.
