Ingredients
- 3 pieces potatoes
- 130 g spinach
- 1 piece onion
- 150 g ricotta cheese
- 3 tablespoons starch (corn)
- 2 pieces eggs
- to taste salt
- to taste paprika
- to taste Pravana herbs
- to taste pepper
- to taste vegetable oil
- 100 g mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Method
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- Chop the onion and sauté it with vegetable oil in a pan.
- Add the spinach and sauté briefly.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, the onion-spinach mixture, ricotta cheese, starch, eggs, and spices.
- Grease the muffin tin with vegetable oil and fill it with the mixture.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, maintain the temperature and bake for another 10–12 minutes.
