13 ingredients- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 130 g sugar
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 300 ml milk
- 6 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 160 g flour
- 120 g butter
- Powdered sugar
- Coconut flour
Method
9 steps- Grate the zest of 2 lemons and squeeze the juice.
- Mix 2 eggs with 130 g of sugar.
- Add 4 tbsp of cornstarch and 300 ml of milk, mix well.
- In another bowl, beat 6 eggs with a pinch of salt and 7 tbsp of sugar.
- Incorporate 160 g of flour and 120 g of melted butter into the egg and sugar mixture.
- Combine the lemon mixture with the flour and butter mixture, gently mix.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar and coconut flour before serving.
