  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter at room temp
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream at room temp
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp essence vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

Method

6 steps
  1. Prepare caramel sauce by melting sugar and adding butter and fresh cream.
  2. Make the sponge by whisking eggs with sugar, vanilla, and salt, then folding in flour.
  3. Bake the sponge until cooked and let it cool.
  4. Prepare the milk syrup by mixing milk, condensed milk, and whipping cream.
  5. Layer the sponge with caramel sauce and milk syrup.
  6. Chill the assembled cake before serving.
