- One Italian Flatbread or Tortilla
- 3 eggs
- 80 g / 3 oz spicy salami
- 100 g / 3.5 oz fresh buffalo mozzarella
- One small red onion
- Black olives
- 50 g / 1.8 oz mozzarella cheese or Edam
- Salt
Method

Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C / 356 °F.

Place the Italian flatbread or tortilla in the air fryer basket.

Add the eggs, spicy salami, fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced red onion, black olives, and mozzarella or Edam cheese on top of the flatbread.

Season with salt to taste.

Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through and cheese is melted.
