- 1/4 cup water (60 ml)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 3/4 cup cashews (100g | 3.5oz)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water (80 ml)
Method

Combine cooked chickpeas, cornstarch, water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt to form the chickpea stick mixture.
