Ingredients

  • 90 g oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 200 g dates
  • 1-2 tbsp plant-based milk
  • Roasted salted peanuts – 60 g
  • Dark chocolate for decoration

Method

  1. 1

    Mix the oats, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt into a dough.

    Add the peanut butter and spread the mixture as a base in a mold.

    For the caramel layer, blend the dates with peanut butter and plant-based milk into a creamy mixture.

    Spread the caramel mixture over the base and smooth it out.

    Distribute the roasted peanuts evenly over the caramel layer.

    Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the nuts.

  7. 7

    Let everything set in the refrigerator before cutting the Snickers into pieces.
