Homemade Berry Dessert

Put 150 g blueberries in a pot.

Mix 35 g water with 25 g cornstarch.

Add the mixture and 40 g sugar to the blueberries.

Heat the berry mixture over low heat until it thickens.

Fill the berry mixture into a piping bag.

Whip 250 g cream with 55 g powdered sugar until stiff.

Add about 60 g berry filling to the cream and mix gently.

Dissolve 5 g gelatin in 25 g water and melt it.

Combine the gelatin with the cream-berry mixture.

Fill the mixture into dessert molds and chill for 2 hours.
