  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 50 g condensed milk
  • 80 ml heavy cream
  • 1 banana
  • 80 g Savoiardi biscuits

Method

    Puree the pineapple.

    Mix egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch.

    Heat the mixture with pineapple puree and lemon juice while stirring.

    Add condensed milk and cook until the cream thickens.

    Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the cream.

    Slice the banana.

    Layer Savoiardi biscuits, cream, and banana slices in glasses.
