Ingredients

  • 40 g dried cranberries
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 130 g prunes
  • 100 ml water
  • 20 g instant gelatin
  • 150 g walnuts
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g cashews
  • 350 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g natural yogurt

Method

  1. Soak dried cranberries, apricots, and prunes in cold water for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Drain the water.
  3. Mix 100 ml water and 20 g instant gelatin and let swell.
  4. Chop the walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, and cashews with a mixer.
  5. Mix the dissolved gelatin with a part of the mixture.
  6. Add powdered sugar to taste if more sweetness is desired.
  7. Mix all ingredients well.
  8. Prepare an empty juice or milk carton and fill it with the mixture.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
